The short version of bagel-bar math

Count your guests, figure a bagel and a half each, and pick rods accordingly: each rod stacks 7–9 bagels. Two rods covers a family brunch; four handles a wedding welcome table. Schmear-kit trays keep the cream cheese next to the bagels instead of across the room. Stands assemble by hand in a minute and pack flat afterward.
